Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 started on Colors TV from 1 August, 2026.

Actress Farrhana Bhatt, who is currently seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, revealed that doctors had advised her against participating in the show, but she refused to give up on the opportunity.

The Bigg Boss 19 fame spoke candidly about performing difficult stunts on the show, dealing with her health challenges, managing fan expectations, her friendship with Rubina Dilaik, and the encouragement she received from host Rohit Shetty. Here are some key excerpts from the conversation.

How was your experience on Khatron Ke Khiladi?

It was truly a “once-in-a-lifetime” experience for me. Even if I tried a million times, I don’t think I would get an experience like this again. The stunts this season are extremely challenging and unlike anything seen before. Even familiar stunts have been given new twists.

There were many moments when I felt like both my body and mind were ready to give up. But finding the courage to push myself one step further became my biggest victory. Life has been extremely busy since I returned from the show, but this entire journey has been incredibly memorable.

Farrhana says that in every stunt, there was only one fear: that my fans should not be disappointed with me.

You are known as a fearless person. Was there any fear you had to overcome on the show?

Everyone experiences fear while performing stunts, whether it involves heights, water, insects or crocodiles. But my biggest fear was disappointing my fans. I never wanted them to feel that I could have performed a stunt but chose not to even try. For me, giving my 100% in every stunt was more important than winning or losing. If I know I gave my best, that itself is the biggest victory for me.

How much pressure did you feel because of your fans’ expectations?

I was never worried about appearing weak. I wanted people to see that I approached every stunt with complete honesty and gave it my best. It is natural for fear to show on your face while performing difficult stunts, but backing down was never an option for me. I wanted my fans to always feel that Farrhana gave her all.

Who did you become closest to on the show?

I formed good bonds with Rubina Dilaik, Orry, Karan, Rithvik, Avinash and Ruhaanika. Ruhaanika is young, but she is incredibly strong and focused. Sometimes, while watching her perform a stunt, I would worry that she might get scared. On a show like this, everyone understands what the others are going through, so friendships and bonds develop naturally.

Rubina Dilaik took special care of you. Tell us about that?

Even before the show, I had a serious stomach problem. The doctor clearly said not to do the show this year, but I decided to go relying on medicines. The shooting in Cape Town was so busy that I couldn’t even take my medicine on time. After returning to India, my condition worsened and I had to be admitted to the hospital.

As soon as Rubina found out, she came to the hospital to meet me. Even on set, she would always ask if I had eaten or not, if I had taken my medicine or not. She would force me to eat ghee so that my health would be good. I will never forget her affection.

Farrhana says that Rubina Dilaik took care of her more than a friend throughout the show.

The doctor had forbidden it, yet why did you do the show?

To be honest, even today I don’t know why I was so excited about this show. I knew I wasn’t well. I don’t even go to the gym, nor do I consider myself very fit. After one stunt, my whole body was broken. Then a stuntman there told me, ‘You are much stronger than you think.’

Perhaps my greatest strength was my mind. Many times my body would give up, but my mind was not ready to surrender. I used to think I couldn’t do it anymore, but I kept pushing myself forward.

Did you ever feel that this stunt wouldn’t be possible now?

Yes, many times I felt like I would just stop here. Some stunts were so difficult that fear was at its peak. But I told myself that I just needed to take one more step. I always trusted that the show’s medical team was with us and that safety was fully taken care of. This trust gave me courage every time.

What did you learn from host Rohit Shetty?

Hearing praise from Rohit Sir is a very big deal in itself. When he says ‘I am proud of you’ after a stunt, it feels like all the hard work has paid off. Many times I would try to do even better just so I could hear those words from him. If I ever felt that I could have done better, that was what I regretted the most.

Rohit Sir’s biggest quality is that he boosts your confidence even without giving any specific tips. If someone is scared, he encourages them in such a way that even difficult stunts start to feel easy.

Farrhana says that the doctor advised her to leave the show, but instead of giving up, I chose the challenge.

Do you wish to work with Rohit Shetty again?

Absolutely. I have worked with him before. If there is a place for me in any of his future films, it would be the biggest opportunity of my career. I hope to get the chance to work with him again.

According to you, who could be the strong finalists of this season?

There are many strong players in this show. Rubina, Avinash, Orry, Karan, Rithvik, and I myself can reach the finals. Everyone has a different personality, but one thing was common in everyone – everyone came with the intention of winning. This is the biggest specialty of this season.

What did ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ teach you?

I learned that no matter how difficult a situation arises in life, one should first keep oneself calm. No situation is as difficult as we make it in our minds. If you convince your mind that it is not difficult, then half the battle is won right there. If a person can control their mind, they can face any fear.

Farrhana says that now the entire focus is on acting, as a contestant this will be my last reality show.

What kind of projects will you be seen in next?

My entire focus is now on acting. I want to do good acting projects. I have gained a lot from reality shows, but as a contestant, this will be my last reality show. Now I want to work on my acting, health, and other essential skills. I believe that no matter how successful a person becomes, they should continuously hone their skills.

Shagun had accused some contestants of making fun of her. What is your opinion on this?

There were some instances when I also felt that some things were said more than necessary. It’s possible that the other person’s intention was to joke, but the choice of words matters a lot. I felt that Shagun was uncomfortable with those things. The good thing was that she spoke up for herself. She didn’t expect anyone else to fight for her.

I myself stayed a bit away from these things because my entire focus was only on the stunts. Although Shagun also told me that some things were being said about me, I ignored them and kept my focus only on the game. Every person’s nature is different. If Shagun has said this, then she must have felt something. It is not right to repeatedly target one person or use words that make the other person uncomfortable.
