Saif and Akshay reached KBC to promote their upcoming film ‘Haivan’ which will be released on September 11.
In the upcoming episode of the TV show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ (KBC), Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan will be seen on the hot seat. In the episode, Akshay asked host Amitabh Bachchan if he had ever cheated in an exam. To this, Amitabh replied that he too had cheated a little bit.
Actually, in the promo released for the show, Akshay Kumar is seen asking Amitabh Bachchan a fun question. During the conversation, the topic of passing exams came up. Amitabh asked Akshay how he managed to pass exams despite being so mischievous.
To this, Akshay admitted that he used to pass by cheating. After this, Akshay asked Amitabh if he had ever cheated.
Amitabh replied, “The truth is that I have also cheated a little bit.” Hearing this answer from Big B, Akshay folded his hands and told the audience that this is wrong, so they should not clap for such an answer.
Amitabh Bachchan had failed in his B.Sc paper
Earlier in the year 2023, on KBC itself, Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he had failed his B.Sc. exams. Big B said that he had chosen the wrong subjects for his graduation, which caused him this difficulty.
Amitabh Bachchan mentioned that he had taken admission in B.Sc. Later, he deeply regretted choosing these subjects. It was not at all easy for him. He endured these subjects like a burden for 3 years.
In particular, they did not understand Physics at all. Because of this, a kind of fear had settled in their mind. When there were 2 months left for the exams, they somehow just memorized everything. However, this rote learning did not work, and they failed in Physics. Due to this, they had to take the exam again, but this time they passed in all subjects.
Amitabh asked, what will Kareena call him in terms of relationship?
In this episode, Amitabh Bachchan talked to Saif Ali Khan about their family relationship.
Amitabh said to Saif, “Many people do not know that he is related to us.” Hearing this, Saif was surprised and asked, “Me?”
Amitabh then gave information about the connection between the two families through the Kapoor and Nanda families.
Explaining this connection on the show, Amitabh said, “Raj Kapoor’s daughter Ritu’s son Nikhil is married to my daughter Shweta.”
After this, Amitabh jokingly asked Saif what Kareena would call him. To this, Saif said, thank God this question is not on the show.
Amitabh Bachchan started laughing after hearing Saif’s answer.
Connection with the Kapoor-Nanda family
Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan is married to Nikhil Nanda. Nikhil’s mother, Ritu Nanda, is the daughter of filmmaker Raj Kapoor.

Raj Kapoor was Kareena Kapoor’s grandfather. Kareena is the daughter of Raj Kapoor’s eldest son, Randhir Kapoor.

Talking about Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Haivan’, this film is a remake of Priyadarshan’s 2016 Malayalam film ‘Oppam’, which starred Mohanlal in the lead role.
The film also features Boman Irani, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Saiyami Kher, Rajpal Yadav, Sharib Hashmi, Rajesh Sharma, and Manoj Joshi in important roles.
