BMW India launched its new BMW 7 Series range in New Delhi on Friday, with actor Ranveer Singh introduced as the company’s new brand ambassador.
Ranveer Singh unveiled the new range at the launch event, bringing together BMW’s flagship sedan and its new face in India. According to BMW, the partnership represents excellence, ambition and the drive to achieve something extraordinary.
The new BMW 7 Series will be offered in India with petrol and fully electric powertrains. The range will also include the BMW i7 M70, the most powerful 7 Series model.
Bookings are now open at BMW India dealerships, while deliveries will begin in October 2026.
Ranveer was previously the brand face of Škoda Auto India. In February 2025, Škoda declared him its first ‘Brand Superstar.’ The company featured Ranveer in its new brand strategy and promotional campaign for the Kylaq SUV.

However, Ranveer’s association with car companies has not been limited to Skoda. He has also previously been the brand ambassador for Maruti Suzuki NEXA. In 2014, he was made the face of the NEXA range.
Ranveer promoted several of the company’s cars, including the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.

Ranveer Singh is known for his love of luxury cars. His collection includes models such as the Ferrari 296 GTB, GMC Hummer EV 3X, Range Rover Autobiography and Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600.
