BJP president Nitin Nabin addressed the meeting on Sunday.
The BJP’s National Social Media Workshop was held at the party headquarters in Delhi on Sunday. Several senior leaders, including party national president Nitin Nabin, attended it.
According to news agency ANI, party sources said that the workshop discussed responding to the social media narrative of Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, and the Congress.
The meeting also discussed ways to take the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the people and issues related to the membership drive.
Social media convenors and co-convenors from all states attended the meeting.
Deepak Mhaske explained the importance of the workshop
BJP social media coordinator Deepak Mhaske said the workshop helped make outreach to people through digital platforms more effective.
He said the meeting gave the organisation’s digital efforts a new direction. The future strategy was also discussed in detail.
The programme emphasised strengthening the commitment to public service through coordination between the organisation, communication and technology. The workshop also brought forward new ideas and perspectives.
