On the examination portal of Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur, as soon as a student’s examination form was opened, obscene and abusive words appeared along with her roll number. The student reopened the portal and checked the information, but the same objectionable words appeared every time.<\/p>\n

After this, she complained to the examination controller. The matter is related to a B.Pharma (CBCS) eighth-semester student. The student was filling out the application for the regular examination of June 2026. Obscene words were found recorded on the portal along with her name, address, and roll number.<\/p>\n

She informed her friends, department, and NSUI workers about this. The student says that not only in the current semester, but the same error is also visible in the information of the previous seven semesters.<\/p>\n

Apprehension of error in enrollment number and form<\/strong><\/p>\n

After the incident, questions have been raised about the security of the university’s examination portal. It is suspected that this might have happened due to tampering with the database, hacking, or some technical glitch. However, this has not been confirmed yet.<\/p>\n

Examination Controller Sunil Dubey said that there has been no tampering with the university’s main database. The initial suspicion is that some mischievous element might have taken the student’s enrollment number and entered objectionable words in the application form. The matter is being investigated.<\/p>\n

Similar discrepancies possible in other students’ examination forms<\/strong><\/p>\n

NSUI has strongly protested the incident and held the university administration responsible. District President Sachin Rajak said that if such a thing can happen to one student, then similar discrepancies could occur in the examination forms of other students as well. He warned that if action is not taken against the culprits, the student organization will agitate.<\/p>\n
