<\/picture><\/div>\nPermission has been granted to offer Namaz on the land located at Khasra number 611 and 612, adjacent to Bhojshala’s boundary wall<\/span><\/p>\n In the Bhojshala dispute in Dhar, an alternative location has been decided for Friday prayers. During the hearing in the Supreme Court on Thursday, a three-member bench headed by CJI Suryakant allowed prayers to be offered on the land located at Khasra numbers 611 and 612, adjacent to the boundary wall of the Bhojshala complex. An agreement has been reached on this between the district administration and the Muslim community.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Abdul Samad, a representative of the Kamal Maulana Welfare Society, said that prayers would be offered on this very land, which is adjacent to the boundary wall of the Bhojshala complex. The community is coordinating with the administration to ensure that no inconvenience is caused.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, residents of Vikram Nagar have objected to the administration’s decision. Local resident Abhinav Bijwa said that the land on which prayers have been allowed has been under their and other families’ ancestral possession for many years. They have been cultivating it for a long time.<\/p>\n Juma prayers will be offered on this land adjacent to Bhojshala<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Administration asked for documents by 12 noon<\/strong><\/p>\n Abhinav Bijwa said – If the administration reaches our land to level it or take any other action for prayers, we will protest it. No kind of interference will be accepted without clarifying ownership.<\/p>\n He said that the administration has given them time till Friday afternoon 12 o’clock to present documents related to the ownership of the concerned land. They will submit all documents to the administration within the stipulated time. The Muslim community stated that offering Namaz at the place initially proposed by the district administration was not practically possible.<\/p>\n Abdul Samad informed that there is mud due to rain on the land where Namaz is to be offered. Additionally, farming is also being done on that land, and considering this, the administration has been requested to prepare a safe access route to the Namaz site. Demands have also been made for arrangements for water for Wudu (ablution), security, and traffic.<\/p>\n A meeting was held between the administration and the Muslim community regarding Friday prayers near Bhojshala<\/span><\/p>\n Earlier, they were asked to offer prayers at Chalispeer Dargah<\/span><\/p>\n On July 14, the Supreme Court had directed the Madhya Pradesh government to provide an alternative location for prayers every Friday between 1 PM and 3 PM. Following this, the district administration had designated a place for prayers near Chalispeer Dargah in Maliwada village, but the Muslim community refused to accept it.<\/p>\n The Muslim side had argued in the Supreme Court that the place provided by the administration was about two kilometres away from Bhojshala and was not in line with the spirit of the court’s order. On this, the court had directed the central and state governments to provide an alternative location outside or adjacent to the Bhojshala complex.<\/p>\n The Muslim community had refused to offer Friday prayers in Maliwada village<\/span><\/p>\n Claimed – The atmosphere never deteriorated before<\/strong><\/p>\n Abdul Samad, a representative of Kamal Maulana Welfare Society, had said that even when prayers were offered in the Bhojshala complex, the law and order situation never deteriorated. Even after the prayers stopped, there was no dispute, so there is no justification for an alternative arrangement so far away.<\/p>\n Sadar, referring to an old incident, stated that earlier, on January 23, on the occasion of Basant Panchami, the administration had performed a dummy namaz at a place which is actually graveyard land.<\/p>\n Even at that time, the Muslim community had objected to this, because Friday prayers are not offered in a graveyard.
