The Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Insurance under the Finance Department has terminated the services of outsourced data entry operators posted in 24 districts across the state.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">According to an order, the services of these employees will remain valid only until July 31, and they will not be allowed to work in the department from August 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The order, issued on July 30 by the joint director of the Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Insurance, directed the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP) to withdraw the services of 24 data entry operators working as contractual Assistant Grade-3 employees from July 31.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The department also directed that the salary bill for July be prepared promptly and payment to the employees be ensured.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<div class=\"f3e032cb\"><picture class=\"c62bd949\" style=\"visibility:visible\"><source media=\"(max-width: 768px)\" type=\"image\/webp\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.bhaskarassets.com\/webp\/thumb\/360x0\/web2images\/1884\/2026\/08\/01\/dainik-bhaskar-pointer_1785580462.jpg\"\/><source media=\"(min-width: 768px)\" type=\"image\/webp\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.bhaskarassets.com\/webp\/thumb\/512x0\/web2images\/1884\/2026\/08\/01\/dainik-bhaskar-pointer_1785580462.jpg\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"2318\" src=\"https:\/\/images.bhaskarassets.com\/web2images\/1884\/2026\/08\/01\/dainik-bhaskar-pointer_1785580462.jpg\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"f97587ba\"\/><\/picture><\/div>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>Services of 22 employees to continue for now<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The department has clarified that the services of 22 outsourced data entry operators currently working in the department will continue for the time being.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>Outsourcing system to be phased out by 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">In October 2025, the Finance Department had directed all government departments to discontinue the services of outsourced employees by March 31, 2027, and not undertake fresh outsourced recruitment in their place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The latest action is being seen as the next step under this policy to gradually phase out the outsourced workforce from government departments.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bhopal9 minutes agoAuthor: Brijendra Mishra The Madhya Pradesh government has stepped up its process of phasing out outsourced employees.
