Based on the woman\u2019s complaint, police registered a case against Mohammad Bilal under charges including rape and criminal intimidation and arrested him. After being produced in court, he was sent to judicial custody.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>Allegedly had physical relations on promise of marriage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">According to police, the woman told investigators that Mohammad Bilal gained her trust by promising to marry her and allegedly established physical relations with her several times on that pretext.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">When she later asked him to marry her, he allegedly placed a condition that she convert to Islam before the marriage.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>Alleged threats after refusal to convert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The woman further alleged that when she refused to convert, Bilal abused her and threatened to kill her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">Following her complaint, Khajrana police registered a case and arrested the accused.
