All three have been issued show cause notices. The FDA alleges that through the &#8216;Vimal Elaichi&#8217; advertisement, indirect promotion of &#8216;Vimal Pan Masala&#8217;, which is banned in the state, is being carried out.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">Following this case, old statements by artists regarding the promotion of products harmful to health have come back into discussion. On this, Shah Rukh had said that if cigarettes or soft drinks are bad, then the government should stop their sale and production in the country itself.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>Government gets revenue, then why stop my earnings<\/strong> Shah Rukh Khan had argued in his response that the government doesn&#8217;t ban such products because they are a source of revenue for the government. Shah Rukh had said that when the government is not stopping production for its revenue, then his earnings should also not be stopped. He said that he is an actor and earning by working is his profession.
