The rings are estimated to cost \u20b9220 crore.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation (TNMSC) placed the orders with Joyalukkas and Kalyan Jewellers late on Friday night, in a 70:30 ratio. The rings will be given to children born in government hospitals between June and September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">The scheme will be launched on September 15, the birth anniversary of Dravidian movement leader CN Annadurai.
