<\/picture><\/div>\nThe minor’s video has been posted by the Aam Aadmi Party.<\/span><\/p>\n A video of a 15-year-old minor allegedly abusing PM Modi at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar during a Gen-Z protest has been posted by the Aam Aadmi Party. In the 39-second video, she says, \u201cMy life has become hell. I am being tortured everywhere.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Everything I had is gone. I can neither go anywhere nor live anywhere. I have no freedom. I have to hide my face wherever I go.\u201d She then used offensive words against the PM.<\/p>\n Had apologised after the FIR was registered<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n During the student protest on 23 July, a video showed a minor using offensive language against PM Modi. Smriti Singh, a resident of Ghaziabad, filed a complaint against her at the Expressway Police Station in Noida.<\/p>\n Following the complaint, police registered a case against the minor on 30 July for intentional insult, causing public nuisance and defamation. The Cockroach Janta Party opposed the action.<\/p>\n After the FIR was registered, the minor apologised.<\/p>\n With folded hands, she said, \u201cWhat I did was not worthy of forgiveness. I am only 15 years old. This is my first and last mistake. I will not say such things again. I am ashamed of my actions. I cannot look anyone in the eye. Please forgive me.\u201d<\/p>\n The girl’s viral video is from July 23. In it, she was seen using offensive language for the PM.<\/span><\/p>\n CJP’s protest lasted for 36 days, ended with the Pradhan’s resignation<\/strong><\/p>\n On May 15, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court made a comment about unemployed people, referring to them as cockroaches. In protest against the remark, the ‘Cockroach Janta Party’ was formed on social media on 16 May.<\/p>\n Its founder, Abhijeet Dipke, arrived in India on 6 June. From 20 June, protesters began a dharna at Jantar Mantar over the NEET paper leak issue.<\/p>\n The 36-day protest ended on 25 July after Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned.
