In Bihar\u2019s Patna, heavy rain on Tuesday caused waterlogging in several areas. The weather department has issued an orange alert for rain in 14 districts, including Patna.<\/p>\n

In Uttarakhand, 11 people died in rain-related incidents on Tuesday. In view of the heavy rain alert, all schools and Anganwadi centres in Nainital, Almora and Bageshwar will remain closed today.<\/p>\n
