The court has sought reports from the Delhi and Uttar Pradesh governments on the action taken.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">Independent Bhardwaj was sent to jail after the girl\u2019s father was attacked during the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest at Jantar Mantar. The girl\u2019s family has now alleged that they were intimidated and threatened.
