Following the collision, the Coast Guard safely rescued 21 people.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:0\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">According to the Coast Guard, the ships are MV KMAX EMPEROR and MV TRUE MARINER.
