The incident took place at 12:20 p.m. in Shyamnagar Pond near the Lily White building, where five artificial tanks had been built for immersing Ganesh idols. He died after being electrocuted by the current running through it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">According to the BMC, this tank had been closed after midnight. He was immediately taken to a local trauma care hospital, where doctors declared him dead.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\"><strong>A girl died of electrocution late Saturday night<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"word-break:break-word;text-align:left;white-space:pre-line\">Earlier, on Saturday night, 19th September, an electrocution incident occurred in Kalachowki, in the Lalbaug area of \u200b\u200bMumbai. According to reports, there was a large crowd at the scene before the incident, leading to pushing and shoving.
