Director Vishal Chaturvedi and the star cast of the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’, based on the life and spiritual teachings of Neem Karoli Baba, arrived in Jaipur. The team met with the audience who came to watch the film at EP Miraj in Jaipur and took pictures with them.
The artists also shared their experiences. Director Vishal Chaturvedi said that in the first two weeks, the film was even labeled a flop. Today, the same film is running on 700 screens across the country.
Big films were released alongside the movie, but the audience consistently gave their love to ‘Hanuman Ansh’. The faith and emotions of the audience are also being witnessed.
He mentioned that in many places, people are taking off their footwear before watching the film and are reciting the Hanuman Chalisa while sitting in the cinema hall. According to him, this response from the audience is a very emotional and memorable experience for the film’s team.
Role of Baba was also received as a blessing
Vishal Chaturvedi also shared the story behind the selection of Shobhinav Satya, who played the role of Neem Karoli Baba in the film. He mentioned that initially, another actor was chosen for the role of Baba, but he fell ill.
The director said, “My second assistant was Shobhinav Satya; looking at him, I felt that with his short hair, he looked just like Baba. He should be chosen. Today, look at how much love he and the film are receiving.”
The director said that the love received from the audience has inspired him to work on the second part of the film as well. According to the director, the team is now moving towards starting work on the second part of ‘Hanuman Ansh’.
The film’s star cast met the audience who came to watch the film at EP Mirage and clicked pictures with them.
Once called a flop, today the film is running on hundreds of screens
Shobhinav Satya has played the character of Neem Karoli Baba in the film. The story of the film focuses on the spiritual journey of a boy who, after losing his mother, sets out in search of God and eventually makes the path of service, love, and humanity his life’s purpose.
Shobhinav Satya said, “It is difficult for him to express in words the love he is receiving. He described it as the blessing of Neem Karoli Baba. He said that it is only because of Baba’s blessings that he is receiving so much love.
Initially, the film was released on about 25 screens across the country and was even called a flop in the first two weeks. But today, the same film is running on 700 screens across the country.

‘Hanuman Ansh’ is a biographical drama inspired by the life of Neem Karoli Baba and his message of love, service, and humanity. The central theme of the film focuses on moving beyond the search for God to making service to humanity and love for all the purpose of life. The film has been produced under the banner of Swayambhu Media Network.
The story and screenplay of the film have been written by Vishal Chaturvedi. The cinematography is by Vishal Bawa, and the music for the film has been composed by Sadhu Sushil Tiwari along with other musicians of the team.
