In support of the ongoing student movement in Delhi, protests are also continuing in Madhya Pradesh. Students, youth, and many others are agitating in 20 districts. Sit-ins, rallies, and memorandums are being submitted here.
On Friday, student protests were witnessed in Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Dhar, Mauganj, Narmadapuram, Jhabua, Singrauli, Bhind, Tikamgarh, Shajapur, Satna, Sidhi, Ratlam, Rewa, Betul, Umaria, Barwani, and Sheopur districts.
The longest-running protest in the state is in Indore. Students have been agitating at Tantya Bhil Chowk for the past 25 days. It started with just 5 students sitting in protest. Now thousands of protesters are arriving here daily. Police are continuously monitoring them with drones. The identity of people participating in the protest is being recorded.
Meanwhile, the students’ sit-in that began in front of the Board Office at MP Nagar in Bhopal will continue on Saturday as well. The protesting students say that their demonstration will continue until the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
On the other hand, in Jabalpur, some people have formed the Lal Hit Party in opposition to the Cockroach Janata Party. They say that the students’ demand is justified, but the method of protest is wrong.
It may be noted that the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest is ongoing at Jantar Mantar in Delhi regarding the NEET paper leak case. Meanwhile, opposition parties are continuously attacking the government. In the midst of this, on Friday, the central government dismissed 47 officials of the National Testing Agency (NTA). Criminal cases will also be registered against them.

Indore: Students Stand Firm for 25 Days Despite Rain On June 30, at Tantya Bhil Chowk in Indore, 5 students first started a sit-in protest regarding the NEET paper leak case. On July 14, students took out a rally to the Collector’s office and sat on dharna outside the office for five hours. Despite heavy rain, the students remained steadfast at the protest site.
Former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh, State Congress President Jitu Patwari, MLA Hiralal Alawa, and several other leaders reached the protest site and extended their support. During this time, Abhijit Deepke, National President of the Kakaroch Janta Party, expressed support by discussing via video call with Arun Badole, who is leading the movement at Jantar Mantar. Activities at the protest site are being repeatedly recorded by drones.

Bhopal: Students’ sit-in continues in MP Nagar Students’ sit-in continues at Board Office Chowk in Bhopal. Protesters are demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Students announced to continue the agitation, accusing the government of suppressing their voice. On Friday, a female student arrived with a poster in her hand, in which Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was addressed in a sarcastic manner by writing “Kuchu-Puchu”.

Gwalior: Supporters and Opponents Face-to-Face The echo of the student movement was also seen in Gwalior. Two sides came face-to-face regarding the movement. One side was supporting the demands raised at Jantar Mantar, while the other side was protesting against the alleged anti-national slogans raised during the movement. Both sides reached the Collectorate, where a situation of dispute arose when they came face-to-face.

Jabalpur: Lal Hit Party formed against CJP, said- method is wrong In Jabalpur, ‘Lal Hit Janta Party’ emerged in opposition to Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Party workers protested by putting posters on their chests at Malviya Chowk. They say that they consider the demands of Cockroach Janta Party as legitimate, but the method of protest is not right. Member Abhay Shrivastava informed that to register their protest, their party also demonstrated at Malviya Chowk.

Dhar: Tricolor waved with school students In Tanda of Dhar district, Jayas organization took out a tricolor march with school students and raised slogans. After this, a memorandum addressed to the President was submitted to the Tanda police station in-charge. Workers of Jayas organization raised demands for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and transparency in competitive examinations.

Mauganj: NSUI demonstration outside the college NSUI held a demonstration on Friday in front of the main gate of Government Kedarnath College in Mauganj. Within a short time, former MLA Sukhendra Singh Banna, district president Harilal Kol, former president Padmesh Gautam along with hundreds of workers joined the demonstration. After this, students and workers took out a rally in support of their demands.

Narmadapuram: NSUI workers ran with burning effigy In Narmadapuram, NSUI workers staged a protest in front of MP Darshan Singh Chaudhary’s bungalow. During this, an effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was burnt. Workers ran on the road carrying the burning effigy, which caused chaos for some time. Police tried to extinguish the effigy. Later, the fire was brought under control with the help of the fire brigade.

Jhabua: Youth took out a foot march In Jhabua, youth took out a foot march from Sarangi to the Collectorate under the banner of Bhil Pradesh Vidyarthi Morcha. Under the leadership of social worker Dharmendra Damar, a memorandum was submitted to the Collector in the name of the President. The protesters raised demands for an impartial investigation into the NEET paper leak case, resignation of the Central Education Minister, and reforms in the examination system.

Singrauli: All communities sit-in protest at Ambedkar Chowk All communities staged a sit-in protest at Ambedkar Chowk located in Baidhan, Singrauli. The protest also received support from Congress. The protesters raised demands for an impartial inquiry into the lathi-charge, action against guilty police personnel, and resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Bhind: Students submitted memorandum to SDM In Lahar of Bhind district, students and youth reached the SDM office and submitted a memorandum in the name of the President. The protesters demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, financial assistance of one crore rupees to the family of the deceased student, and a government job for one member of the family.

Ratlam: NSUI’s dharna at Ambedkar Circle NSUI staged a dharna at Ambedkar Circle in Ratlam. The protesters remained adamant on their demand for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. District President Neelesh Sharma said that permission for the dharna has been sought for two days, but the administration has not given permission. Despite this, the workers continued the dharna.

Rewa: Went to gherao BJP office, taken into custody NSUI workers staged a fierce protest in Rewa. Police stopped the protesters who were going to gherao the BJP office on the way and took them into custody. After this, a tense situation prevailed at the spot for some time.

Tikamgarh: Youth took out a rally In support of the student movement, youth took out a rally and protested in Palera of Tikamgarh district. The protesters raised slogans against the government demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar in the name of the Prime Minister.

Shajapur: Memorandum submitted after taking out rally In Shajapur, protesters took out a rally from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar statue to the bus stand regarding the paper leak case. After this, they submitted a memorandum to the Naib Tehsildar in the name of the President, demanding an impartial investigation, strict action against the culprits and the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Satna: Attempt to break barricades, clash with police District Congress and NSUI held a joint protest in Satna. During entry into the Collectorate premises, protesters attempted to break the barricades, which led to a clash with the police. Police detained NSUI District President Rahul Soni. Following this, workers vandalized the police vehicle. The situation normalized after about 40 minutes.

Sidhi: Congress foot march in Churhat In Churhat of Sidhi district, workers took out a foot march under the leadership of Youth Block Congress Committee. The protesters submitted a memorandum to the SDM in the name of the Prime Minister and Chief Minister, protesting against the arrest of Rahul Gandhi, alleged lathi-charge on students and the issue of Sonam Wangchuk.

Betul: Students’ protest at Ambedkar Chowk In Betul, students protested at Ambedkar Chowk demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The protesters sat on dharna carrying copies of the Constitution and posters. They demanded ensuring transparency in competitive examinations. A relay hunger strike also continued at the auditorium.

Umaria: Congress held a protest demonstration In Umaria, Congress workers held a demonstration at Station Chowk. The protesters raised demands for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, withdrawal of FIRs filed against protesters in Delhi, and strict action against those guilty in the paper leak case.

Barwani: Dharna continues for third day amidst rain In Barwani, the indefinite dharna by various student, youth and social organizations continued for the third day. Despite continuous rain, the protesters remained steadfast by setting up temporary sheds. They reiterated their demands for transparency in competitive examinations, impartial investigation of paper leak cases and resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Sheopur: Four Kilometer Foot March In Sheopur, students took out a foot march of about four kilometers from PG College to the Collectorate. While submitting a memorandum in the name of the President, the protesters demanded an impartial investigation into the NEET paper leak, transparency in the examination system, action against the guilty, and the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

What is the NEET Paper Leak Case
From May 3 to July 24, 13 arrests so far
The paper of the NEET-UG 2026 examination held on May 3, 2026 was leaked. The government and NTA cancelled the NEET-UG 2026 examination and conducted the exam again. During this period, several students across the country committed suicide.
Regarding the paper leak, the Cockroach Janata Party has been protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi for a month. Sonam Wangchuk fasted for 26 days and MPs are creating uproar in Parliament.
Currently, the CBI is investigating the case. This includes inquiries in several states including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Delhi. So far 13 accused have been arrested. The CBI may file this chargesheet soon.
