First, they drugged me and gang-raped me. They filmed it. Then they used that video to trap and sexually assault my sister-in-law as well. We pleaded with the police, but no one listened. Even after approaching senior officials and getting an FIR registered, the accused are still roaming free.
These are the allegations made by two women from Morena district, who are sisters-in-law (the wives of two brothers). They have accused three government school teachers of gang rape, blackmail and prolonged sexual exploitation.
The women allege that despite the courts rejecting the accused’s anticipatory bail applications, the police have yet to arrest them.

‘They spiked my soft drink and raped me’
The first complainant alleges that on 15 August 2022, a teacher identified as Ashok Kumar Pathak called her to a school on the pretext of official work. According to her, he mixed an intoxicating substance into a soft drink, after which she lost consciousness. She alleges that he raped her and recorded a video of the assault.
When she regained consciousness and protested, she says he threatened to release the video publicly. She further alleges that he repeatedly blackmailed and sexually exploited her using the video.
The woman also claims that in November 2022, Pathak called two fellow teachers, Dhaniram and Bhoop Singh Dhakad, to the school, where all three allegedly gang-raped her while threatening to circulate the video.
The case is from Jaura police station area of Morena district.
Sister-in-law also allegedly gang-raped
According to the complainant, in November 2024, the accused noticed her sister-in-law and asked that she be brought to the school. She alleges that after her sister-in-law arrived, the accused first intimidated her by showing the earlier video and then gang-raped her as well.
The family claims that a video of the second assault was also recorded and used to blackmail her over an extended period.
Complaint filed after videos allegedly went viral
Both women allege that when they stopped complying with the accused’s demands, the videos were circulated online on 1 December 2025. They approached Jaura Police Station to lodge a complaint, but allege that no action was taken.
According to the victims, despite repeated visits to police officials, they did not receive any assistance. They say an FIR under serious criminal charges was registered only after they met the then Director General of Police (DGP) on 26 February 2026.
Anticipatory bail rejected, but no arrests yet
The victims’ family alleges that none of the three accused has been arrested despite the FIR.
According to the family-
- The Morena District Court rejected the accused’s anticipatory bail applications on 11 April 2026.
- The Gwalior High Court also rejected their anticipatory bail on 13 July 2026.
Despite this, the family claims the three teachers continue to attend school and mark their daily electronic attendance. They further allege that the Education Department has not taken adequate action against them.
Victims allege threats and pressure to settle
Both women allege that because the accused have not been arrested, they have continued to pressure the family to reach a compromise. They claim they have also received death threats for refusing to settle the matter.
The family says a complaint has also been submitted through the CM Helpline, but the accused have still not been arrested.
Education Department responds
District Education Officer B. S. Indaulia confirmed that a criminal case has been registered against the three teachers. He said Ashok Kumar Pathak, who allegedly appears in one of the videos, has been suspended.
The remaining two teachers, Bhup Singh and Dhaniram, will be suspended after the police file the chargesheet (challan), he added.
