Actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha recently stated that the BJP’s IT cell is behind the online trolling of his daughter, Sonakshi Sinha.
In an interview with ABP News, he was asked about Sonakshi’s outspokenness on social and political issues. To this, Sinha said that Sonakshi is an intelligent girl and she knows when and on what issue to express her views.
During the interview, Shatrughan Sinha was asked that Sonakshi was accused of openly expressing her opinion on the CJP’s Jantar Mantar protest, but she appeared silent in the recent case related to students in Jharkhand.
To this, Shatrughan Sinha said that just a few days ago, Sonakshi had given very strong, very vocal, and very strong support in favor of the children of Jharkhand.

When asked about Sonakshi entering politics in the future, Shatrughan Sinha said that he couldn’t say, but he further added that Sonakshi is the most worthy daughter of a worthy father.
Shatrughan Sinha also claimed that the social media trolling against Sonakshi is done by paid trolls. He alleged that some people associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party and its IT cell target opponents through such trolls.
He said that many times such trolls themselves don’t know what to write. According to him, they are given ready content or a draft and they post it on social media.
Citing old social media trends, Shatrughan Sinha claimed that even before, tweets from many film stars and people associated with sports looked similar. He said that many times their words, punctuation, and even dot-commas were identical.
He said that Sonakshi does not take these trolls too seriously. According to Shatrughan, Sonakshi has also said that she doesn’t even look at trolling.
It is to be noted that Sonakshi had made several posts at Jantar Mantar in support of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP). The actress had also expressed support for the student protests in Jharkhand.
Students in Ranchi were demanding an independent investigation into alleged irregularities in JPSC and JSSC examinations and reforms in the recruitment process. Then Sonakshi wrote on her Instagram story, It is sad to see the students of our country troubled like this. When will this stop?
