
Amid a rise in H1N1 (swine flu) cases in Delhi, Union Health Minister JP Nadda will review the situation in the capital on Friday.
Delhi’s Health Minister, senior officials from the Union Health Ministry and the Delhi government will attend the meeting.
The meeting will review the current H1N1 situation, hospital preparedness, testing and treatment facilities, and the steps being taken to control the spread of the disease.
A total of 1,349 H1N1 cases have been reported in Delhi so far this year, compared with just 229 cases during the same period last year.
