PM Modi reached Navsari after concluding his Vadodara programme and inaugurated the BJP’s first AI-powered, state-of-the-art office in the country, ‘Namo Kamalam’, near the National Highway grid.
The occasion saw an enthusiastic atmosphere across South Gujarat and Navsari district, with more than 5,000 leaders and party workers present at the venue.
The historic event was also watched by more than 1.15 lakh people across the district through 4,000 screens installed in villages.
PM Modi receives grand traditional welcome
PM Modi was given a grand traditional welcome after landing at the helipad. Around 1,100 women dressed in traditional attire welcomed him with ceremonial pots placed on their heads.
Around 500 men performed special damru music, creating a Shiva-themed atmosphere. Another 30 women played traditional musical instruments to the beats of dhol and transa, adding to the festive atmosphere.
PM Modi inspects Namo Kamalam complex after inauguration
After the inauguration, PM visited the Namo Kamalam complex and reviewed its facilities in detail. He inspected the functioning of the main office, advanced media centre and digital call centre.
Special facilities for MPs and MLAs
Modi also visited the modern library and special cabins built for Members of Parliament and legislators. He further inspected the Pandit Deendayal Meeting Hall, Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee Hall and Atal Assembly Hall.
4,000 screens set up across 389 villages
Extensive digital arrangements have been made across Navsari district for the live broadcast of the programme. Around 4,000 screens have been installed across all 389 villages, enabling more than 1.15 lakh villagers to watch the event from their respective villages.
PM’s address to reach rural residents live
People in rural areas will also be able to listen to the PM Modi’s address live from their homes through the digital broadcast arrangements.
Three-tier security deployed at Namo Kamalam complex
A strict three-tier security arrangement has been put in place at the Namo Kamalam complex near the highway as per security protocols. Senior police officers are directly monitoring security across the premises.
Waterproof dome and parking facilities in place
A large waterproof dome and parking area have been set up next to the Namo Kamalam complex. Drinking water and other essential facilities have also been arranged for visitors. After the inauguration, PM addressed a public gathering at the venue.
