On the occasion of Teachers’ Day (September 5), Dainik Bhaskar is organising the ‘Shreshth Shikshak Samman’ for the second consecutive year.
The awards recognise teachers who are helping shape students’ futures in schools, colleges, music, dance, sports and other fields.
Teachers can submit their entries by 28 August (Friday) to take part.
Teachers can apply in these 3 categories
1. Social Impact Teacher Award: For teachers who go beyond teaching to work for society, including areas such as girls’ education and environmental issues.
2. Inspirational/Innovative Teacher Award: For teachers who have developed new and effective teaching methods despite limited resources and whose initiatives are bringing new ideas to education.
3. Rural Change Maker Teacher Award: For teachers bringing significant change through their efforts in remote rural or underdeveloped areas.
40 teachers will receive awards
Three national winners will receive an iPhone 17, while 37 state-level winners will receive tablets as prizes.
