Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) worker Neeshu Azad has received a rape threat. On Wednesday, Neeshu claimed on X that she is being threatened with rape and death via messages. Her father, Sanjay Azad, is also being abused.
Neeshu shared a screenshot of the threatening message in her X post at 4:27 PM. She said, “Some people are calling my statement false. Just think for yourself, if these people can use such indecent and offensive language against me through phone messages, then what will happen to my safety if I come face-to-face with them? How much fear and anxiety will I have?”
Earlier, in a video released on X at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, she stated that her freedom has been curtailed due to media personnel constantly staying around her house.

Nishu said – Recording is being done by installing cameras
Nishu Azad said, ”The media is reaching right outside my house. They are installing cameras at the main gate of the society and recording. Some people from the society are going to the gate and giving interviews to the media.
When I myself do not want to give interviews to the media and am not feeling comfortable with it, why is the media repeatedly reaching around my house? When some people arrived in the society in my support, the society members were troubled, and questions were raised regarding this. If any untoward incident happens to me, the society members will be responsible for it.”
Demanded security for family
Prior to this, Nishu had released a video on social media X on Saturday night at 10:48 PM. She had said – Some people are surrounding her house, and stones and bricks were pelted at the house. She had demanded security for her parents and family from the Delhi and Ghaziabad police.
She had said – if something happens to my parents, who will be responsible for it? However, the society members had outrightly rejected Nishu’s statements to Dainik Bhaskar.
Meanwhile, during the Jantar Mantar protest, she had also alleged that her father, Sanjay Azad, was assaulted. In this case, the accused content creator, Swatantra Bhardwaj, was arrested on Saturday.
Nishu Azad had released a video saying – If any untoward incident happens to me, the people of the society will be responsible for it.

September 4: CJP leaders and supporters protested outside the Parliament Street Police Station in support of Nishu Azad and her father. On behalf of Nishu, advocate Rishav Ranjan demanded that the police add relevant sections of attempted murder, criminal intimidation, and the SC/ST Act. The police added these sections. Swatantra was taken into custody.
September 5: A Hindu organization held a protest in Delhi in support of Swatantra Bhardwaj. This protest was called by Daksh Chaudhary. Daksh is known for assaulting and slapping high-profile individuals. He had also slapped Kanhaiya Kumar.
Swatantra Bhardwaj was arrested by the Delhi Police from Bulandshahr last Friday.
