
Kartik Aaryan has suffered a serious knee injury during the shooting of filmmaker Kabir Khan’s upcoming untitled film. He was shooting an action scene.
This injury occurred during the last schedule of the film’s shooting. The shooting was supposed to be completed two days later. After the injury, Kartik was taken to a hospital in the town for treatment.
Injury sustained during the shooting of an action scene
According to an India Today report, Kartik was undergoing rigorous training with an action coach before these difficult action scenes. It was during the shooting of one such scene that he injured his knee.
According to a source associated with the production, “Kartik has now been admitted to Fortis Raheja Hospital and is undergoing treatment. Doctors will perform knee surgery a day later. After this, he will have to rest for a few days. After that, he will be able to resume his work responsibilities.”
After the surgery, Kartik is expected to stay away from work for some time to recover. Once fit, he can resume shooting for Anurag Basu’s untitled film.

Kartik has received the National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance in ‘Chandu Champion’.
Kartik has also ventured into film production with Dopamine Studios. He is working on an upcoming film with Kabir Khan. This film is Kartik’s second collaboration with Kabir Khan after ‘Chandu Champion’.

Apart from Kabir Khan’s film, Kartik has several projects. He will next be seen in Mrigdeep Singh Lamba’s directorial fantasy-comedy-adventure film ‘Nagjila’. Kartik is also a part of ‘Captain India’, which is among his upcoming films.

Rashmika Mandanna recently sustained an injury while performing a dance sequence during the shooting of the film ‘Mysa’. Rashmika had stated that a tendon connecting her right hip to her leg had detached. It requires recovery and rest to reattach. According to reports, she slipped during the dance sequence of ‘Mysa’. This is said to be one of the most aggressive and physical films of her career.
