A verified X account named McDonald’s India claimed an intern had not been paid by boss Amit Joshi for months, forcing them to take two additional jobs. The posts said the intern manages several McDonald’s Asian accounts and has not received salary since December 2025.
The account also claimed the intern works in customer support and delivery while trading memecoins, saying financial losses had left them struggling to eat.
Another post alleged the intern had been unpaid since May and sought community support. The account later posted, “Thanks, I have claimed fees!”
