Two day event focuses on outreach
The Army’s public outreach initiative brings together serving Territorial Army personnel, students, academics, industry representatives, startups, entrepreneurs, environmentalists and members of civil society to highlight the role of citizen-soldiers in nation-building.
Army industry partnerships take centre stage
The event focuses on army-industry partnerships, next-generation technologies and startups, national security, environmental conservation, and youth outreach.
The first day features discussions on the Territorial Army’s evolving role beyond the battlefield and the theme ‘Towards Multidimensional Resilience – From Borders to Bytes’. The programme also includes exhibitions, cultural and industry stalls, a screening of the Know Your Territorial Army film, MoU/MoA signings and a motivational evening.
Exhibitions showcase army and industry initiatives
The second day focuses on ecological conservation, sustainability, innovation, recruitment and the use of civilian expertise to strengthen military capabilities.
A keynote address on ‘Vision/Crystal Gazing on Future of TA’ will be delivered by Lt Gen Rakesh Kapoor, AVSM, VSM (Retd). Panel discussions will also explore ecological conservation and how India’s civilian talent pool can contribute to military capabilities.

The seminar aims to strengthen the connection between the Armed Forces and society while creating greater awareness about opportunities for citizens to contribute to national service through the Territorial Army.
The event is open to citizens, subject to venue capacity and security requirements.
