Actress Akanksha Chamola has openly spoken about her divorce from her husband and actor Gaurav Khanna. During a conversation with the media, she dismissed reports claiming that she had announced her separation to gain TRP or publicity on the Lock-Upp show.
Akanksha clarified that the legal process of divorce had already begun before she went on the show. Now, lawyers from both sides have almost settled the matter, and only the final papers need to be signed.
‘No girl will fake her divorce’ When Akanksha was asked in the press conference if the divorce announcement was some kind of strategy, she said that no girl would go to such a big platform and talk about separating from her husband for publicity.
She said that if people are thinking like that, they can talk to her legal team. When two actors get married or separate, people consider everything as publicity, which is wrong.
Decision taken due to differing perspectives Akanksha revealed that she and Gaurav Khanna have been living separately for the past 18 months. There is no bitterness or hatred between them, and they still communicate with each other.
However, their perspectives and priorities regarding life have become quite different. For this reason, both have mutually decided to separate from each other and live their lives on different paths.
