A clash broke out between two groups of students at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in Hyderabad late Thursday night. Several students were injured in the incident. According to the police, the dispute began during the Teej celebrations being held on campus.
According to the police, the clash took place between students from the Manjira and Gautami hostels. It is alleged that one student made an objectionable remark about a female student. Following this, other students attacked him for making an inappropriate comment about his female friend.
