Karnataka Congress leader B Nagendra resigned from Chief Minister DK Shivakumar’s cabinet on Friday, marking the second time he has stepped down from a ministerial post in two years.
Nagendra is accused of involvement in an alleged ₹89-crore scam. He had previously served as a minister in the Siddaramaiah government in 2024 before stepping down.
He rejoined the cabinet in early August after DK Shivakumar took over as Chief Minister.
This is a developing story.
