Virgin Atlantic Flight Emergency Landing in Bengaluru

A London-bound Virgin Atlantic flight with 270 passengers on board made an emergency landing at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport shortly after takeoff due to a technical problem.

Sources in the airport operator Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) said the plane took off from the airport around 8:20 am but developed a technical snag soon after take-off.

Due to this, the plane circled for more than half an hour near Tumakuru and then made an emergency landing at Bengaluru airport as a precaution. All passengers on board are safe.
