
Pakistan-based influencer and TikToker Ayesha Gilani was shot dead in broad daylight. The 28-year-old had more than 1.3 million followers on social media. She was driving her car when two unidentified motorcyclists allegedly opened fire at the moving vehicle. After Ayesha was shot, the car went out of control and veered off the road. CCTV footage of the attack has now surfaced.
According to a report by Bollywood Life, Ayesha was called out of her house before the incident. She left with her 15-year-old younger sister and younger brother, Naimatullah. Ayesha was driving the car herself. A short distance from her home, two motorcyclists approached the car and allegedly opened fire. Ayesha was shot in the neck and died at the scene, while her younger sister was injured in the attack.

Ayesha left home after receiving a phone call
According to the police complaint filed by Ayesha’s family, she received a phone call shortly before the attack. The caller was identified as Kashif, also known as Kashi. He allegedly asked Ayesha to meet him soon, after which she left home with her younger siblings.
Shortly after she left, the family was informed about the attack. Ayesha’s father then reached the hospital, where he identified her body.

Ayesha had allegedly been receiving threats over financial dealings
Ayesha’s father stated in the complaint that she had been receiving threats for several days before the attack. He also named two people, Kausar and Javed, in the complaint.
According to the allegations, the two had been threatening Ayesha over financial transactions. The family had reportedly filed a complaint about the matter in Islamabad.

Pakistani influencer Sana Yusuf was also shot dead at home in 2025
On 2 June 2025, popular Pakistani influencer Sana Yusuf was shot dead at her home in Islamabad. The murder was allegedly linked to unrequited love.
According to reports, a man identified as Kaka had repeatedly insisted on meeting Sana. When she refused, he allegedly shot her at her home.

TikTok creator Sumaira Rajput was also murdered in Sindh
Last year, TikTok creator Sumaira Rajput was murdered at her home in Ghotki district of Pakistan’s Sindh province.
Her 15-year-old daughter alleged that some people were pressuring Sumaira to enter into a forced marriage. After she refused, she was allegedly killed by being given poisonous pills.
