A 54-year-old Manipuri music teacher from Manipur was killed in Kilokari Village, Ashram, in Delhi,
The victim is being identified as Chongtham Vikram Singh. According to a report by ANI, the issue was triggered after an alleged assault by a group of men in concerning a dispute over noise and nuisance outside his residence.
According to a report by ANI, several accused have been apprehended in the matter. Most of them are employed in food delivery or packaging at local dhabas, while Mannu works at a Diamond Pizza kiosk. The accused have been identified as-

What is the entire issue? According to police, the issue intensified after Vikram Singh had objected to alleged shouting and nuisance by delivery boys and dhaba staff opposite his house.
When he came downstairs to object, he was allegedly attacked with fists and blows. Vikram was taken to Holy Family Hospital by his son Yaiphaba for treatment, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Manipuri activist and scholar Binalaxmi Nepram, who was with the family, posted, “Manipuri musician Tamo Chongtham Vikram was beaten to death in Delhi yesterday. We were with his wife, brother, and Manipur community members throughout the day & waited till the post-mortem was over at 9 pm yesterday at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences”
