Zoho founder Sridhar Vembu has advised Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay to enact strict laws like those in Singapore against drug dealing and high-level corruption. He said there should be a provision for the death penalty for corruption committed in the future. Vembu made the suggestion to the Chief Minister through a post on social media platform X on Sunday.
In the post, he wrote, “My suggestion for Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is that he should consider laws like Singapore on drug dealing and high-level corruption.” According to Vembu, this could be among the measures the Chief Minister should consider.
